Short-Term Contingent Placement

Allows the client to request qualified employees for a period of time typically based on production fluctuations, special projects, or seasonal needs.  Employees can be provided for a minimum of four hours and can be retained indefinitely.

Core-Flex Strategy

More than ever, lean business practices demand that a client structure its workforce in the most cost- efficient manner. A conscientious strategy is designed in which the client maintains a core employee base determined by minimum year-around business needs. Through a business partnership with The Work Connection, additional personnel are provided to accommodate production peaks, seasonality, and demand due the acquisition of new or tentative customers. This strategy maximizes profitability by affording flexibility which reduces the expense and exposure to the risk of being overstaffed when demand is low, and allows for quick upward scalability when demand is high.

TWC Preview to Placement

When you need well qualified employees for core positions, The Work Connection will provide you with exceptional candidates with whom you can observe their performance, work ethic, and organizational match over a predetermined evaluation period without the risk and expense of doing it yourself. After the predetermined evaluation period you may hire them without any additional fee or assessment to your organization or to the candidate.

TWC Direct Hire Placement

The Work Connection provides direct hire placement services to companies searching for highly skilled or specialized employees. We use our ensemble of recruiting resources to secure candidates not readily available to the typical company. A fair and reasonable fee is charged to the client for securing these employees who then become part of your team immediately.

Payrolling Service

You may have a qualified individual based on your own recruiting efforts -- typically referrals, family members, or returning students.  Rather than assuming the risks involved with becoming the employer, refer the individual to The Work Connection for further screening, hiring, and placement at your company.

Employee Leasing Service

You can transfer the employment responsibilities of your current workforce to The Work Connection. Refer a portion or department of your employee base to us and we will become the employer of record, screening and hiring the employees and then leasing them back to your company.

Professional Employer Organization (PEO) / Human Resources Organization (HRO)
